A leading City law firm is looking to expand its highly-regarded Intellectual Property department and hire a CITMA-qualified trademark attorney with at least a year's PQE.
The team advises international clients on a range of IP issues through the lifecycle of a business, dealing with trademarks, designs registration, high profile licensing arrangements, regulatory advice, patent litigation and advice on patent transactions or technology related matters.
This role would see you managing an international trademark portfolio with a good degree of autonomy and advising clients on strategies. You would also be responsible for submissions to UKIPO and EUIPO.
UKIPO/EUIPO case exposure is essential as is experience with international trademark work. You should ideally be a 1PQE+ CITMA-qualified TM attorney to be considered.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
