CORPORATE OUTSOURCING/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

An opportunity has arisen at a Fortune 500 and one of the world's largest real estate services and investment firms, for a senior lawyer to join it's dedicated Enterprise global workplace solutions team, responsible for serving it's numerous corporate clients across the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating high-value transactional documentation in relation to global real estate services, including facilities management, project management and consulting services. You will also provide legal counsel and guidance to executives, managers and other employees on all legal aspects of the business line, and develop an important understanding of key insurance products and risk management principles. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to help support more junior members and conduct legal training sessions when required.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience of independently negotiating complex contracts and transactions, ideally with experience of corporate outsourcing or similar services, M&A and/or complex real estate or financial transactions. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop solid relationships with clients, opposing counsel and internal business functions and be confident working in a fast-paced environment and to tight timescales.
