This leading brand is seeking a Senior Intellectual Property Counsel to join their busy UK legal team.
Working on UK and European matters, the role will provide trademark, copyright and other non-patent IP advice to the legal, business and product teams of this technology business. You will provide day-to-day legal counsel on any IP related questions. You will also conduct IP related due diligence in support of M&A activity and advise in relation to commercial contracts.
To be considered for the position you must possess at least 3-5 years post-qualification in IP gained in private practice or in-house. A post graduate diploma in intellectual property law (such as the Oxford Diploma in IP Law and Practice) and/or multiple jurisdiction qualifications will be considered a plus.
