Legal Counsel, Project Finance (4-7 PQE)

As legal counsel for the business' global sourcing activities, you will advise on structured finance and commodity offtake transactions. Partnering with the commercial teams, you will be expected to work independently and be involved in advising on legal and regulatory issues arising from the business across various jurisdictions.

You are a project finance/structured finance lawyer with at least 4-7 years' experience, familiar with commodity linked financing requirements. You should possess a degree/Masters/JD from a reputable law school and solid experience from a top-tier law firm and/or in an in-house legal role within the commodities and/or mining industry.
