Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including e-commerce, marketing, advertising (social media and online), influencer, collaboration agreements. You will also focus on IP matters including management of the IP portfolio, IP licensing, global brand protection and anti-counterfeiting programme.
To be successful you must have a strong academic background and trained at a highly regarded law firm. Ideally you will have also completed a commercial or IP in-house secondment or currently working in-house. You will have the ability to work autonomously, think strategically and creatively and communicate clearly and precisely. You must be enthusiastic, proactive, enjoy working hard and being challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. You will be able to work in a team environment and become an integral part of the legal team.
