LEGAL ASSOCIATE - PUBLIC SECTOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer to join one of our innovative and mission-led Public Sector clients.

About the role;

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Legal Services, you will advise, draft, and negotiate complex commercial, legal, and regulatory matters, including master service agreements, innovation contracts, IT/software contracts, as well as international undertakings. Driving relevant internal legal & risk projects forwards, supporting the commercial legal team in their long-term vision and strategy, as well as working closely with stakeholders will also be part of the role.

About you;

You must be a UK qualified lawyer between 0- 2 years' PQE. Ideally, you will have at least three months' in-house or commercial experience in the medical/pharma or technology sectors, though this is not essential. Regardless of Public Sector experience, this role is suited to someone with a commercial/client centric mind who shows initiative. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by innovative and purpose driven work.

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join an expanding legal team. You will benefit from a truly hybrid/flexible arrangement meaning you can be based anywhere in the UK. You will also benefit from all the phenomenal benefits the Public Sector offers and be given the chance to truly make an impact with your work.
