Our client is looking to add to its team an employment lawyer with at least four years' post-qualification experience from a reputable law firm.
In this role, you will be exposed to employment, discrimination, industrial relations and work health and safety law. You will undertake complex advisory work which requires technical skill particularly in contract drafting, statutory interpretation and modern award/enterprise agreement interpretation. You will also advise clients in relation to unfair dismissals, adverse action, policy and restraint of trade, amongst other things.
