Our client is an international law firm ranked as a Band 1 Workplace Relations practice and was recently awarded Law Firm of the Year Australia.
This role will see you rapidly advance your career and grant you access to mentoring from leading Partners in workplace relations law. You will support the Melbourne team and at times the wider national team by providing contentious and advisory employment law advice. This will include workforce strategy, employment aspects of large-scale M&A transactions, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, payroll compliance as well as all types of Fair Work Commission and anti-discrimination proceedings. Further you will have the opportunity to advise blue chip clients across multiple sectors.
You will have 2-5 years legal experience at a leading top-tier, national or international private practice or boutique employment firm and/or in a comparable in-house environment, having gained varied experience across a range of Australian Workplace Relations Law.
You have excellent drafting and analytical skills as well as the desire to work on challenging matters at the top end of the market.
