Fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a fast-growing renewable energy start up company, recently acquired by a FTSE 100 energy company.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, this role will see you take the lead on the drafting and reviewing of multiple forms of commercial contracts including power purchase agreements, energy aggregation contracts, capacity market contracts, frequency response agreements and confidentiality agreements and various other commercial contracts. You will also be able to work autonomously within a fast paced and busy environment. This company is growing at a rapid pace and the legal work will be interesting and varied.
Ideally, you will be 1 - 2 years PQE in the UK or a commonwealth country. You need to be familiar with either energy, infrastructure of technology law.
