My client has one of the largest digital teams within retail and wealth management with thousands of highly skilled technologists and commercial thinkers working globally across the UK, Europe, Asia PAC and the US. Canada and Mexico.
Your role will be to support brave new ideas that will transform future customer experiences. For example developing new mobile apps and online experiences; using digital messaging to build the relationship with customers; build and improve the technology platforms and innovating propositions to take advantage of new technology and trends.
You will be responsible for identifying the specific risks and vulnerabilities associated with new bank technologies interacting as part of a broader platform
The role involves a deep understanding of risk management and the role holder must be able to influence within this digital space. My client has a strong preference for proven risk management or compliance experience and digital experience (or a keen interest in Digital). The role is a managerial role and therefore proven management experience is required.
