This international, high growth software company seeks a commercial lawyer to lead their growing legal team, reporting directly in to the CEO and working closely with the senior executive team on all legal matters.

Managing a small legal team (contract manager and paralegal), and liaising with both customers and colleagues you will deliver legal guidance across a range of matters. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, including Software Licence Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Partnership/Referral Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Referral (Introduction) Agreements and Master Services Agreements. You will also ensure compliance and data protection is upheld across the business and use external counsel where required both in the UK and internationally.

You will ideally be 4-8PQE and have trained in a top tier law firm. You will need to currently be in a broad commercial position in house and ideally have some exposure to SaaS agreements to be successful in your application. You will need to be confident and enthusiastic and, able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
