GROUP LEGAL BUSINESS CO-ORDINATOR

FTSE100 Business

A newly created role is available within the Legal department of a FTSE100 business to support the Legal Operations Strategy.

You will be primarily responsible for the day to day management and administration of the Legal eBilling System - acting as "Tier 1" support for colleagues and external counsel. You will also work closely with the Finance Teams who oversee the Accounts Payable process for UK and US invoices.

You will help to identify and map out the necessary processes to ensure that colleagues understand roles and responsibilities for the invoicing and payment of legal fees. Where required, you will also work with our external system admin team to develop training materials for your colleagues.

You will also support the General Counsel, BIS VP Legal Operations to deliver the wider Legal Operations Strategy for Group Legal. This may require you to produce PowerPoint presentations, Excel Pivot Tables, Dashboards and/or other written materials.

Essential skills and experience required:

  • Legal eBilling administration experience - preferably with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker / Serengeti
  • Strong Office 365 Skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and willing to learn new skills required for use of those applications
  • Process mapping experience - ideally (but not essentially) with MS Visio
  • Previous support role experience e.g. EA, PA, Paralegal
