n exciting, global organisation, delivering innovative software solutions, is looking to expand their UK legal team with their third legal hire within the UK. You will be the lead lawyer for the French market as well as work with the team on European wide legal matters.

Reporting in to the Head of Legal you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating complex SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) contracts for the business working closely with sales teams. Supporting across Europe, you will be able to influence the contracting processes, building templates and standard forms where required and help establish the legal function in line with company needs as it continues its rapid growth.

You will need to have at least 4 years' PQE with excellent academics and training from a top tier law firm. As well as being an outstanding contract drafter and negotiator, you must be confident working on technology agreements in both French and English as well as working autonomously.
