Our client, a Top 200 Central London law firm is seeking an interim family solicitor on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to cover maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the family partner in the firms' highly ranked family team which forms part of the wider private wealth group. The family team acts for an impressive client base consisting of HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, medical professionals, financial services professionals, high profile actors, writers, and sportspeople.
You will handle a broad and varied caseload which includes contentious and non-contentious family matters, divorce/civil partnerships, private law children matters, cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements, complex financial disputes, and cross-border disputes.
The successful family solicitor is likely to have upwards of 3+ PQE with a family background gained ideally at a highly ranked firm. Individuals qualified in common law jurisdictions are welcome to apply if they have relevant UK experience within a London law firm. This will be a very busy role with a lot of exposure, and will be client facing.
