This global payment company is looking to appoint an experienced commercial lawyer.
In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including:
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial and corporate agreements including strategic partnerships, suppliers contracts, IP and IT agreements, and joint venture agreements;
- advising on M&A activities, fundraising and internal reorganisations; and
- advising on new products launches.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have gained a minimum of 2 years' PQE advising on M&A transactions and ideally commercial contracts negotiations. In-house experience gained at a bank, fintech or fast-paced financial services company would be an advantage.
This role will suit a commercially minded corporate M&A lawyer looking to step into a broad commercial role in the payment sector.
