Corporate Counsel DACH (m/w/d)
To join the EMEA legal team in Europe. This role can be based in various locations all over Germany.
In this exciting and challenging role you will be providing cross-regional and global legal support on a broad range of matters. This will include drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of complex cross-border contracts, e.g. including IP licensing, sales agreements, strategic supply agreements, distribution agreements, collaboration agreements, etc. You will also be responsible for patent litigation and legal compliance. Next to the DACH region you will be involved on projects in wider Europe and you will be working closely with your colleagues from all over the world. You will be responsible to deal with regulatory matters, IVDR implementation projects, field actions, certifications and registrations etc. You are also able to take an active role in the Team's digitalization and harmonization strategy, by supporting and improving existing IT tools and/or supporting the roll-out of new IT tools for the Team.
You will be fully qualified as a lawyer in Germany with at least five years' experience in an international law firm representing life science, fast moving consumer goods, other relevant regulated-sector companies or in an in-house department of a medical device, pharmaceutical or similar company. You will have strong experience in commercial contracts and IP law. You will have excellent business acumen and very strong communication skills including the ability to fully engage with and influence business stakeholders. You enjoy working in an ever changing, complex business environment and are a good team player.
