Our client, an excellent Top 200 national law firm is seeking an interim Construction Litigation solicitor to join the team in London. The role has arisen to cover maternity leave starting in August/September until at least the end of the year.
The firms' work focuses on UK contentious construction matters which is broad scope and sees them acting for both private and public sector developers. Their experience extends across all the major contract forms (JCT, NEC, ICE, FIDIC, PPC, and GC Works) as well as PFI and bespoke contracts.
As part of a dedicated 23 strong national contentious construction department, you can also expect to work alongside colleagues on work which is being led out of the other UK offices as well as, working closely with the London real estate practice in advising developers, major international and domestic contractors, consultants and public sector bodies such as central and local government, and social housing providers.
The successful construction litigation solicitor is likely to have upwards of 5+ PQE with a relevant background. This role can also be based in the Birmingham or Exeter office handling London work, however, you will ideally be based in London.
