The past six months have seen unprecedented changes to the way that we live. Just one of those is the way that we pay for the goods and services that we use, as health concerns push more and more businesses away from cash transactions and towards contactless, mobile and online payments.
One business enabling that transformation are currently looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to implement and manage the group's evolving compliance, assurance and regulatory programme in Australia & New Zealand, in a role that incorporates a major advisory component.
Working for a global business, you will play a critical role in their continued expansion within the Australian and New Zealand markets, across mobile & online payments and ForEx. The business has seen substantial growth in revenue over recent years, spurred by a burgeoning market for online and mobile payment services and substantial investment in new markets, across the Asia Pacific region and globally.
As a result the new Compliance Manager can expect the experience and resources of a market leading business behind them, to support their lifestyle and career interests. Combined with the autonomy and opportunity that a Compliance Manager role offers in a key growth region for the business.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance for APAC, you will be the local subject matter expert and advisor to all key stakeholders across the Australia / New Zealand business. You will be instrumental in embedding compliant processes, procedures and awareness across the business. You will:

- Develop a robust compliance programme, incorporating both local regulatory requirements and the business' group standards of assurance and monitoring
