My client, a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm with an impressive portfolio of clients, is currently looking for a 2-4+ PQE Commercial Property lawyer to join the firm immediately for 12 months on a fixed term contract basis to cover a maternity leave.
The workload includes all aspects of Real Estate including landlord and tenant management work, and in particular licence to assign matters.
The ideal candidate will have between 2-4+ years experience as a Commercial Property lawyer, although candidates who are more senior will be considered as long as you are aware that the workload and salary brackets will be at the 2-4 PQE level. Candidates qualified in another commonwealth jurisdiction will also be considered for this role.
