As the leading clinical and medical negligence law firm in the UK, we know how to make a positive difference to our client's lives. Our experienced medical negligence solicitors take the time to understand what clients are going through, helping them get the answers and compensation they deserve. Our clinical negligence team has extensive experience in clinical negligence claims arising from obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac and psychiatric care.
We recognise that the office 9-5 isn't for everyone. That's why we've introduced 'Flexible by Choice'. Whether it's working from home, in our offices, or a combination of both, we trust each other to support our clients, colleagues and communities at the right time, in the right way.
Our solicitors have years of experience making a variety of medical negligence cases including but not limited to:

Our recent work includes:
- Settlement for a client after suffering a stroke that doctors could have avoided
- A couple receiving settlement after new born dies at birth because of poor standards of care
- A woman receives settlement after Fallopian Tube removed because of a late diagnosis by doctors
You'll provide quality legal advice to the firm's clients by appropriate supervision and training and managing your very own caseload from the offset. You'll join a Partner who's paediatric work focuses on children who have suffered neurological injuries caused by negligence at or around the time of birth, for example due to delays in delivery (causing cerebral palsy), or as a result of inadequate medical treatment in the neonatal period caused by neonatal hypoglycaemia.
