Great opportunity for a NQ -3 years qualified litigation lawyer to work for an international practice in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic role for a recently qualified or junior lawyer who is committed to developing their career in litigation law and who wants to build on their technical and commercial skills working a fantastic client base in a top ranked litigation practice. With access to a busy caseload of matters, client contact from the outset, you will have the chance to cut your teeth on a range of financial disputes work including; customer claims, supplier disputes, fraud investigations, mis-selling claims, pensions disputes and and regulatory investigations.
The teams client list is highly impressive, ranging from global leading banks, financial institutions, corporations, HMRC and HM Treasury.
This is a busy, collaborative and proactive team which would suit a self-motivated and energetic junior lawyer who is keen to learn and eager to deliver excellent results for clients. Candidates should be keen to raise their own profile and enjoy taking part in marketing and business development.
The successful candidate will not only be extremely bright, with strong academics, but also be able to develop solid technical knowledge from their litigation training. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. You will be able to analyse complex factual situations and determine the key issues in a clear and concise manner.
